Restaurant bookings

Bookings for the restaurant are made via the form below.

Last-minute bookings for today can be requested by phone between 11:00 and 12:00 for the noon shift and between 17:00 and 19:00 for the late shift via tel. 09 264 83 03.

Catering bookings

Send an e-mail to catering.pand@UGent.be or book here using the online order form (in Dutch). Your booking is only final after receipt of a confirmation e-mail.

Please send us the following details for a fast follow-up:

• Name and phone number of the contact

• Date and time of booking

• Number of guests

• We ask you to choose one appetizer, one main course and one dessert from the menu for the entire group when booking for groups of ten or more guests and to notify us of your choice at least one week beforehand to ensure seamless service.

• Invoicing details
  For external customers: invoicing address, contact, VAT number.
  For UGent services: cost center and fund number or WBS element for invoicing.
  One bill for groups.
  A € 20.00 administration fee will be charged for invoices under € 100.00.

• Cancellations
  The number of menus ordered will be invoiced. All costs incurred by us will be invoiced to the client in case of cancellation within the five-day period prior to the scheduled booking.
