Overview of nanoscopes available at the expertise centre and their features:

STED: Abberior Facility Line

Objectve lenses:
- UPLXAPO 20X, NA 0.8, working distance 0.6 mm
- PLXAPO 60X, oil, NA 1.42, working distance 0.15 mm,
- UPLSAPO 60xS , silicone oil, NA 1.30, working distance 0.3 mm
Excitation lasers:
- 405 nm (CW, 50 mW)
- 485 nm (pulsed -> to combine with 595 nm STED laser)
- 561 nm (pulsed > to combine with 775 nm STED laser)
- 640 nm (pulsed > to combine with 775 nm STED laser)
STED lasers:
- 775 nm (pulsed)
- 595 nm (pulsed)
Detectors:
- 1 MATRIX detector with FLIM capability
- 3 single photon counting APD point detectors
- Detection bands tunable between 400 and 800 nm
Easy3D STED beam shaping module for both 595 and 775 nm STED lasers
Adaptive illumination package (RESCue imaging, DyMIN imaging, MINFIELD imaging mode)
Z drift compensation unit
