Help, I'm chained to my smartphone!

Are you addicted to your smartphone? Prof. dr. Lieven De Marez gives a few tips to change something about that. He says that "60% of the Flemish people who take their smartphone constantly open apps in the same routine, this is called train-behavior. The most common train is WhatsApp. You send a reply, and while you wait for a response, you check Facebook again. This makes you lose fifteen minutes and if you do that four times a day, you lose an hour on social media."
