(10-03-2026) Generative AI reached 43% monthly usage in Flanders in just 3 years. That is a faster diffusion pattern than what we saw with Netflix, the smartphone and Instagram.
Never before a technology moved into the mass market this quickly!
At the same time, our findings also show growing discomfort: adoption is accelerating, but confidence, critical use, and guidance are not always keeping pace. Concerns remain about the ecological footprint, job security and the digital divide.
