(01-09-2022)
A new report about the attitudes of elderly people wit regard to digital government services was authored by Marijn Martens, Sarah Anrijs and Prof. Ralf De Wolf. The report focuses on the often overlooked group of elderly people when it comes to the introduction of digital government services.
Based on large-scale survey research (1721 respondents), the results tend to suggest that elderly people have generally positive experiences with digital government services. However, they often lack access and skills to deal with these services effectively.
