Three new projects on sustainable energy approved

(23-08-2022) We are happy to announce that we have three exciting new projects on sustainable energy that will start by the end of this year.

The new projects fit with our research expertise in behavior change for sustainability and support our overall mission to empower people in a digitizing society.

  • First, we will be launching a sustainable technology monitor, with the aim of understanding the adoption of sustainable technologies in Flanders, tracking the market penetration, for example, of solar panels, or home batteries.
  • Second, we will be studying the public acceptance of wind turbines for the Flemish sector organisation for sustainable energy (Organisatie voor Duurzame Energie-Vlaanderen).
  • Finally, we will be participating in a Flux.50 ICON project RE-ENNOVATE where we will be studying renovation intention among Flemish households.
