The Big Questions Award celebrates students that have used their talents and knowledge to solve a societally relevant problem.

The Big Questions Award celebrates students that have used their talents and knowledge to solve a societally relevant problem. All the participants have worked on projects related to one of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). This is a wide scope, ranging from developing medical aids, to solutions for safer traffic, applications to reduce waste or pollution, or tools that improve people’s wellbeing.

Three of these projects will receive an award to thank them for working on a societally relevant problem. There is also a special award for projects that worked on the Good health & well-being theme.

During the event different student groups (including the students from the university-wide course Co-creation) will demonstrate the work they have done and you can try their prototypes whilst enjoying a drink.
