Electronic Residence Permit valid in Belgium
Belgian Electronic Residence Permits entitling to pay the same tuition fee as for EEA students:
A Belgian Electronic Residence permit needs to be valid at enrolment or the latest at the 31th of December of the academic year involved
Electronic Residence Permit A. limited stay
- Mentioning ‘refugee’ or with additional certificate of ‘recognized refugee’ awarded by the 'Commissariaat Generaal voor Vluchtelingen en Staatslozen'
- With a certificate of 'Victim of human trafficking' awarded by a governmental recognized organisation (vzw Payoke, vzw Pag-Asa or vzw Sürya)
- With a certificate of ‘Subsidiary Protegee’ awarded by the 'Commissariaat Generaal voor Vluchtelingen en Staatslozen'
- With a certificate of 'Temporary Protection' awarded by the Foreign Affairs Service (valid until the 4th of March 2028).
- Foreigners with on the 31th of December of the academic year involved, a min. 12 months legal and permanent residence in Belgium (not in the context of work or higher education) - Humanitarian or Medical certificate needed.
- In the context of family reunification with a non-EEA reference person. A Certificate of family reunion (IBZ immigration office) or visum with code B10-11, B28, B58-62 valid at enrolment or the latest at the 31th of December of the academic year involved is necessary.

- Recognized refugees residence permit and foreigners with indefinite residence permit

- Residence card for resident foreigner (with permanent residence)
Electronic Residence Permit L. EU-langdurig ingezetene
- Residence permit for long-term residents

- Residence permit of a family member of an Union citizen or person with a Belgian nationality - family reunification procedure
Electronic Residence Permit F+. Familielid EU - art. 10 RL 2004/38/EG
- Permanent residence permit for third country family of an Union citizen or person with a Belgian nationality
Electronic Residence Permit M. Artikel 50 VEU
- Sustainable Residence permit for students with the British nationality who applied for and who got a right of residence before January 1st, 2021
