Final enrolment for international students

When?
- As an international student, you can finalise your enrolment for academic year 2023-2024 from 01 August 2023.
- We recommend you to finalise your enrolment after arrival in Ghent and after you have received your student visa (if applicable). A scan of the visa will be required for enrolment.
How?
To check the status of your enrolment (application):
- In the 'Status', you can find information to finalise your enrolment.
- Make sure that you submit all documents mentioned on your letter of admission by e-mail
- All submitted documents will be verified by the International Admissions Desk
- When OK, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your enrolment
- Attention: make sure your correspondence address is up-to-date and you have added a picture in your profile
- After enrolment, you will receive a 'Welcome e-mail'

Note
You may be requested to present your original application documents (legalised diploma and transcripts), before or after enrolment. Make sure that you bring your original paper documents to Belgium.
