Challenges (master)

Various organizations encounter issues with their strategic communications, either internal communication, reputation management, crisis communication or corporate social responsibility. The students will conduct an extensive desk and empirical research to find solutions for these issues and formulate policy and communication recommendations. Students learn how to conduct a desk research, market research, write a communication plan, formulate recommendations and develop a strategic communication campaign. Different organizations participate in this course, such as CM, Kinepolis, Colruyt, Politie Gent, Jobpunt Vlaanderen, Velt, etc.
