Corporate Communication (bachelor 3)

In the era of social media and fast travelling news, corporate communication has become a decisive strategy to forge, maintain and protect corporate reputation.  To gain understanding in strategic corporate communication, the course draws from a variety of fields such as communication science, psychology and sociology. Students acquire knowledge of ways to enhance corporate reputation via corporate social responsibility, or internal communication. Alternatively, in the face of issues or crisis’s, students learn of ways in which corporate communication can safeguard the reputation of corporations. Lastly, students study ways to successfully integrate social media into a strategic corporate communication plan.
