Reserving a meeting room

The department has several classrooms at its disposal which students can use for group assignments, meetings and other consultation moments. These need to be booked in advance. Students can arrange this at the reception desk.

Keep in mind: these rooms are primarily used by department members. If they wish to use a room, a student’s reservation can be cancelled.

Large meeting room (capacity of approximately 24 people)

The department has three meeting rooms:

  • KM11V1 and KM11V2: meeting rooms above the reception desk (when taking the wooden stairs, on the first and second floor respectively, to the left down the hall)
