Through this study, which contained CRG field studies in Uganda, Burkina Faso and Cambodja, the Flemish NGO umbrella organization 11.11.11 acquired insights on administrative decentralization and the possible role of civil society therein.

The project results are to support NGOs in their work at the local level by offering elements for local NGO strategies.
