Dr. Benjamin de Vet


Benjamin is a senior researcher and postdoctoral teaching assistant at the Department of Political Science of Ghent University. He holds a master’s degree (2015) and a PhD in Political Science (2019), both obtained at Ghent University. His main research interests include parliamentary behaviour, parliamentary organisation and intra-party decision-making. He has published on these topics in high-ranked international journals such as Parliamentary Affairs, Party Politics and the Journal of Legislative Studies. Benjamin is currently involved in multiple courses of the bachelor and master programs in Public Administration and Management, and Political Science.
