Dr. Beatriz Cózar Murillo
Dr. Beatriz Cózar Murillo was a PhD student at GIES. During this period, Beatriz studied the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) of the European Union and, in particular, the Permanent Structured Cooperation (PESCO). This culminated in her dissertation "The permanent structured cooperation (PESCO) of the European Union: Means, ways, ends and tempo".
