Dr. John Irgengioro
Dr. John Irgengioro was a PhD student at GIES. During this period, John studied the soft power of great power actors. This culminated in his dissertation "Attraction in a multipolar world: A mixed-methods explanatory study on the soft power of Russia, China, and the EU among students at leading universities in Kazakhstan".
