Dr. Katsiaryna Lozka
Dr. Katsiaryna Lozka was a PhD student at GIES. During this period, Katsiaryna studied necropolitical violence and resistance in Belarus and Ukraine. This culminated in her dissertation "The politics of life and death: Expressions of violence and resistance in Belarus and Ukraine".
