Dr. Nathan Vandeputte
Dr. Nathan Vandeputte was a PhD student and teaching assistant at GIES. During this period, Nathan studied the EU democracy support in Uganda, where he approached democracy from a decentered, radical democratic theoretical perspective. This culminated in his dissertation "The political nature of international democracy support and what to do with it? A radical democratic assessment of the European Union’s support for democracy in Uganda".
