Arnout Berghs

Arnout Berghs is a PhD student with GIES. He researches the global governance of international taxation and sovereign debt with particular attention to financing sustainable development and the role of the Global South. During his Master in International Politics, he completed an internship at Bond Beter Leefmilieu Vlaanderen, where he researched the role of sovereign wealth funds in financing green infrastructure in Belgium.
