Simon Rogissart

Simon Rogissart is a Ph.D. researcher at the Ghent Institute for International and European Studies. Simon holds a Master’s degree in International Politics and Complementary Studies in Economics (Ghent University).

Before joining Ghent University, he worked as a policy officer on offshore wind energy at the FPS Economy for one year. 

Simon examines the interests of the Belgian offshore wind energy industry in the context of existing and emerging industrial policy measures in Europe. His research is part of the ETF BE-WISE project.
