Procedural justice in local approaches of multicultural conflicts
Description
This project investigates the socio-psychological aspects and effects of procedural justice and their sociological variation in multicultural conflicts. This will be studied at the local level (e.g. schools, companies or sports clubs) and in a collaboration between lawyers, psychologists and sociologists. Prof. Bart Van de Putte acts as co-supervisor of the project.
