CESSMIR (Centre for the Social Study of Migration and Refugees) has provided input for the First Regional Review of the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration in the UNECE Region. The contribution identifies some advances and challenges in the implementation of the Global Compact for Migration (GCM) in Belgium and Flanders – including a discussion of some aspects of the new federal coalition agreement.
