Migrlaw welcomes Thomas Spijkerboer

Thomas Spijkerboer is a  full professor of migration law at the Free University of Amsterdam. He is specialized in the doctrinal and legal theoretical analysis of human rights in the context of migration, and a leading voice in academic and societal debates on migration. 

Supported by an ERC Advanced Grant, his new project 'Global Migration Justice' (MIGJUST) aims to go beyond conflicting approaches to migration in international human rights law. His research approach complements the socio-legal research projects within MigrLaw. We are looking forward to the collaboration!
