Research

The Center for the Law of Obligations and Property regularly meets to discuss recent developments in contract, tort and property law, in particular recent Supreme Court case law and legislation. Researchers are also invited to present their projects and to increase the exchange of views. The ongoing research of the members of the Center is being discussed as well.
