GIPLI CAFÉ
On Friday 12 December 2025, the third edition of GIPLI CAFÉ will take place: our two-hour roundtable meeting where two IP topics are discussed in Dutch, each introduced by speakers.
This session will focus on the regulatory changes in the law on design protection and on mediation and dispute settlement in intellectual property law cases.
Confirmed speakers are Mr Johan Dedeckel, Benelux and EU trade mark and design agent at Calysta, Mrs Floortje Buyssens, judge, and Mr Paul Maeyaert, attorney and partner at Fencer.
