This year, the 16th Annual Conference of the European China Law Studies Association took place in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 21 to 23 September 2022.
The ECLS conference gathers scholars, practitioners and policy makers to debate the development of law in China from both comparative and interdisciplinary perspectives. 

On 23 September 2022 Yueming Zhang, a PhD researcher at the Law & Technology research group, presented her research on ‘Processing of personal information by public authorities in China: lawful grounds and requirements in the Personal Information Protection Law’.
