Additional spaces for work and study

Extra study areas

Additional areas for study and working will be made available within Ghent University.

We will be using as many spaces as possible within the University, thereby expanding capacity so you can be present on campus as much as possible while still respecting the rules for physical distancing.

These have been designated as multifunctional areas, close to places where you can buy food to take away. In these spaces, the following rules apply:

  • you can study there
  • you can work in a group
  • you can take a spot there without reserving it in advance, and you can arrive at any time (e.g. if you have free time between two lessons, or you are waiting for transport to go home after class...)
  • You are allowed to eat there.

Opening hours: from 8u30 to 17u30.
