You can come to a study place and take a spot without reserving it in advance. Moreover, you can arrive at any time, e.g. if you have free time between two lessons or when you are waiting for transport to go home after class.... At all locations you are allowed to eat on your seat.
The work and study areas are organised respecting the rules for physical distancing.
