VEG-i-TEC invested in a cryogenic cooling and freezing tunnel to support research, services and innovations for the vegetable and potato processing industry.
The unique concept of this tunnel combines flexibility and features for IQF freezing. Although having the machine already in our premises since the end of last year, optimisation and testing is now ongoing.
