ICES uses graded registration fees depending on the main employment of the participant.

Course material and books can not be bought separately from registration for the connected module.

The following price categories are used:

UGent: internal registration

UGent-participants who pay via SAP or internal transfer have the advantage of internal rates.

UGent staff and UGent PhD students who do not pay via SAP or internal order fall under the categories 'Participants from the non-profit sector' and 'PhD students outside UGent' as mentioned below.

 

Participants from the private sector

If two or more employees from the same company enrol simultaneously for a module an overall reduction of 20% is granted on the fee starting from the second enrolment.
