Emiel Pattyn

Biography:

Emiel Pattyn is a Ph.D. researcher in the Supramolecular Chemistry (SC) group. He obtained his master degree in the department of molecular and macromolecular design at Ghent University under the supervision of Prof. Richard Hoogenboom in 2020.

Research project:

Emiel's Ph.D. project focuses on the development of cationic polymer transfection agents in vitro and in vivo transfection of synthetic self-amplifying mRNA's. This project is co-supervised by Prof. Richard Hoogenboom and Prof. Niek N. Sanders.
