StarfishThis academic year, our Master’s students in Business Administration (specializing in Personnel and Organizational Management) received an inspiring and interactive guest lecture within the HR Analytics course. The session was led by Prof. Dr. Robin Bauwens, Assistant Professor of HRM at Tilburg University and HR Analytics Consultant at Starfish Consultancy. Using real-world examples, critical reflections, and a clear step-by-step plan, Robin demonstrated how HR analytics at Starfish Consultancy is about much more than just collecting data or figures. From sharpening the right HR-question and linking it to a business case, to translating data into impactful actions - students gained a unique insight into how modern organizations make strategic decisions based on data.
