There are several ways to go online in the library.

Eduroam 

Eduroam is available throughout the library and across the university. You can use Eduroam if you are: 

  • A Ghent University student or staff member 

  • A student or staff member of another educational institution that participates in the Eduroam network 

UGentGuest 

No Eduroam? No problem. Just stop by our service desk. Our staff can help you connect to the UGentGuest network, which provides temporary internet access. 

Public computers 

You can go online using the public computers available throughout the library. 

  • UGent students and staff can log in with their Ghent University account. 

  • Visitors can log in using the username ugentguest. No password is required.
