Opening hours

In general the library is open daily on working days from 09:00 until 16:00. DURING EXAMS the library will be open daily from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm, weekends and bank holidays included. This arrangement is valid between monday May 4 and thursday July 26 2026.

Last-minute changes of opening hours are possible.

Closing days academic year 2025 - 2026

• Friday May 1, 2026: Feest van de Arbeid
• Thursday 14 and Friday 15 May 2026: Ascencion day and bank holiday
• Monday 25 mei 2026: Pentecost
• Monday 13 to Friday 31 July 2026: Summer holiday for "Gentse Feesten"
