Julie Schiltz
Julie studied Educational Sciences - option Special Needs Education (2013) and Conflict and Development Studies (2015) at Ghent University.

Since October 2014, Julie works at the department as a doctoral student. She is also affiliated to the interuniversity research initiative Centre for Children in Vulnerable Situations (www.centreforchildren.be). For her research, Julie works with South Sudanese youth in Adjumani refugee setting, northern Uganda. Her project focuses on uncertainty in the context of conflict, displacement and encampment.
