Andi Zrza
Short Bio
Andi Zrza obtained his Master of Laws degree at Ghent University in 2017. In 2018, he also obtained an additional Master in General Management at Vlerick Business School.
Since 2018, Andi has been working as a lawyer (Lead Lawyer) in the Litigation and Regulatory department of the international law firm DLA Piper UK LLP (Brussels), which is ranked Band 1 by Chambers and Partners. There, he focuses on national and cross-border disputes relating to economic public law, with a particular focus on public procurement law. In this context, he advises and represents both public entities and private sector clients in various disputes before both the Council of State and the civil courts. Andi also possesses extensive expertise in public contracts (DBFM and other PPP structures, concessions, …) and public real estate transactions.
Since 2025, he has also been active as a teaching assistant at Ghent University within the Department of Interdisciplinary Study of Law, Private Law and Business Law, where he is affiliated with the Center for Foundations and Methods of Private Law. In this capacity, he is responsible for the supervision of the courses Legal Theory, Jurisprudence and Research Methods. Previously, Andi was also a teaching assistant at KU Leuven, where he now remains active as a voluntary research associate.
Andi’s engagement extends beyond the legal profession and academia. He is also chairman of the Vlerick Alumni Legal Club, a member of the prestigious Salzburg Global Fellowship, and a sought-after speaker at national and international seminars. In 2025, his work was recognised by The Legal 500 with exceptional client feedback.
