Bio

Feng Zhong

I am currently a doctoral researcher at the Laboratory of Hydrology and Water Management - Ghent University and the Research team: Hydrology and Climate. I obtained my bachelor and master degree in Northwest A&F University with a major in Hydrology and Water Resources. My master's thesis dealt with optimum allocation of water resources based on ecological health in arid oasis. Currently, my research focus on improving global estimates of evapotranspiration (ET) components from the Global Land Evaporation Amsterdam Model (GLEAM), and investigating how ET components differentially respond to climate and environmental changes.
