Kwint Delbare

Kwint Delbare specializes in evaporation and climate modelling, sensitivity analysis and data processing.

Bio

During my master’s degree in Bioscience Engineering: Land, water and Climate at Ghent University, my thesis focused on urban climate adaptation strategies by machine learning and sensitivity analysis. Along the road I also got the opportunity for an exchange at ETH Zürich, where I could focus my studies on high-performance computing and climate modelling. Recently I started a PhD at the Hydrology and Climate team focusing on model development and data processing for global evaporation data, mainly within the context of the GLEAM-CCI project by ESA.
