We aim to impact the productivity of smart machines and factories by partnering with industry and leveraging on our excellent research (concretized in novel concepts, models, algorithms, tools and hardware (prototypes, test infrastructure)) while incorporating industry 4.0 and 5.0 concepts and objectives, and capitalising on our thorough understanding in electromechanical, industrial systems and business engineering.
Our Flanders Make partnership
M&F groups a.o. the core labs of Flanders Make, the strategic research centre of the Flemish government for the manufacturing industry. These core labs are MIRO engineers Machines, Intelligence, Robotics and electrO-mechanical systems; ISyE on Industrial System Engineering and CVAMO on cost value modelling
