Dr. Martin Thielens wins IWMA Young Talent Award for his PhD Thesis

Since 2016, the IWMA (International Water Mist Association) scientific council evaluates submissions from scientists applying for the IWMA Young Talent Award. Martin Thielens is granted the award in 2023 for his PhD thesis (“Advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics Modelling of Water Sprays in Fire-Driven Flows”), under supervision of Profs Tarek Beji and Bart Merci.
