August 19–22, 2026: 53rd EFA Annual Meeting - Ghent

The 53rd European Finance Association (EFA) Annual Meeting will be held on the Vlerick Business School campus in Ghent from 19–22 August 2026. The program includes 81 sessions, 243 paper presentations, and a keynote by Toni M. Whited (University of Michigan).

Paper submission was closed on 1 February 2026. Registration opens 1 May 2026 via the EFA ConfTool, and EFA membership is required.

The conference is organized locally by a team from Ghent University and Vlerick Business School, including Koen Inghelbrecht, Mathieu Simoens, Sophie Manigart, and Marie De Brabander.
