The Laboratory of Food Analysis has specialized in the development and validation of analytical methodologies for the detection and quantification of foreign substances in miscellaneous food types (i.e. growth promoters, veterinary drugs, process contaminants and mycotoxins). Current focus lies on mycotoxin analysis.
