UPLC

Waters Acquity UPLC

(Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography):

The ACQUITY UltraPerformance LC (UPLC) separation system achieve higher chromatographic resolution and sensitivity and greater throughput. This UPLC is also coupled to the  quattro ultima  mass spectrometer. It is used for research purposes.

Waters Alliance 2695 HPLC-system with photodiode array detector

This HPLC system has automatic injection capabilities for autosampler vials and a pumping system suited for narrow bore LC. It is used as LC system connected to a waters 996 photodiade array detector.

LC UV

Kontron LC system with Waters fluo detector

The Kontron HPLC unit is composed of a ternary low-pressure gradient pump (Model 325, Kontron Instruments), a solvent degassing module, and an autosampler (Merck-Hitachi AS2000A). Two detectors are used (either serial or stand-alone), a diode array detector (DAD 440, Kontron Instruments) and a fluorescence detector (Waters 470 scanning fluorescence detector). The LC unit is linked to a Kromasystem 2000 data system (Kontron Instruments) for data processing purposes.
