TITLE

Optimization of the in vitro culture of human embryonic stem cells (hESC)

SUMMARY

An optimal culture of hESC is indispensable for regenerative therapies. For this reason, this project will focus on the identification of the proteins secreted by MEF which are responsible for keeping the hESC pluripotent. This project will obtain a greater insight into pluripotency by comparing differentiated and non-differentiated hESC with next-generation sequencing.
