COST Action WG4 – Gender Equity & Inclusiveness in European Research

The COST Action Working Group 4 (WG4) on Gender Equity and Fostering Inclusiveness in European Research is organising a series of interviews that explore the lived experiences of researchers from an intersectional perspective.

Who can participate?

We are inviting women researchers at career stages R2–R3 from across Europe to take part. The interviews aim to capture diverse experiences that can meaningfully inform our work on gender, equity, and intersectionality in research careers.

About the interviews

The interviews are designed to foreground researchers’ lived experiences and will be conducted and analysed through an intersectional lens. Further information on the interview process, scope, and ethical considerations can be found in the attached PDF.

If you are interested in participating, please complete the online registration form no later than 16 February.
