Have your say on the future of R&D careers

Are you working in research and development? Share your experience in the OECD-EU Research and Development Careers Survey 2026.

The OECD and the European Union are gathering insights from R&D professionals around the world to better understand how research careers are evolving. By taking just 10 minutes to complete this international survey, you can help ensure that future policies are informed by the real experiences of researchers and other R&D professionals.

The survey is part of the Research and Innovation Careers Observatory (ReICO), which brings together internationally comparable data on R&D careers across more than 50 countries.

Every response counts. Make your voice heard and help shape the future of R&D careers.

All responses are strictly confidential.

Find out more about ReICO at https://oe.cd/reico or contact reico@oecd.org.
