Master Thesis

The master thesis can be seen as an integration exercise and an independent piece of work. By successfully completing their master's thesis, students prove that they are capable of conducting a scientific study based on an original research topic. Elaborating the thesis is a gradual process that is partly based on an analysis of the scientific literature in relation to the thesis’ topic, a research question that is formulated and a research plan that is subsequently set up, leading to the planning and implementing of the student’s own research. Theoretical principles and methodological procedures must clearly be outlined and justified. The master thesis requires students to engage in the scientific discussion in a proper manner.
