Francesca Moretti holds a bachelor degree in Communication Studies and a master’s degree in Cultural Industries and Digital Communication from the Faculty of Political Science, Communication and Social Research of La Sapienza – Università di Roma. Since October 2015, Francesca Moretti has become a PhD candidate at the Department of Communication and Social Research (Coris) at La Sapienza.
Francesca is now working on a qualitative research titled: Crowdfunding Cinema - Analysis and prospects of developments in the participatory web, which is based on the study of crowdfunding and its increasingly prolific relationship with the independent cinematographic production. She is currently supervised by professor Francesca Comunello (LUMSA) and Donatella Pacelli (LUMSA).
