Mendel Missorten obtained his Master’s degree in Communication Sciences at Ghent University in 2024, specialising in Film and Television studies. During this education, he completed a research internship at CIMS under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Frederik Dhaenens. In 2025, Mendel started working as a teaching assistant in the Bachelor of Social Sciences, a joint program of Ghent University and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and as a doctoral researcher at CIMS.
