Societal Value Creation Group
Aim
The aim of the faculty societal value creation group is to advise the faculty on matters related to the social impact and relevance of scientific research at the faculty of law and criminology at Ghent University. The valorisation group provides advice on:
- the extent to which the research at the faculty has or could have societal impact;
- possible research topics or projects that could generate societal impact;
- possibilities or channels to achieve social impact with research.
Composition
The group consists of persons and bodies for whom scientific research that is, or could be conducted at the faculty may be relevant and who are willing to engage in the discussion about the societal impact of scientific research conducted at our faculty.
