Leander Van Driessche

Leander van Driessche obtained his Master of Laws degree (summa cum laude) in 2019 and became a voluntary academic associate at the Institute for Family Law. In 2020, Leander became a doctoral candidate (BOF). Each academic year, he aids several students with their master's thesis research.

Research

His research examines the implications of the relevant case law of the Belgian Constitutional Court on the tenability of the statutory paternity rules as included in the Belgian (old) Civil Code.
